Example - Processing a Call Out on the PDA Phone |

Select Breakdowns button on the main Menu - Breakdowns List, shows jobs sent to the engineer from Liftdata, select the required job to display job information at the bottom of the screen |

Call Acceptance Screen - appears when you select a job for the first time, this tells the office the call has been accepted by the engineer |

Job Processing - details are entered via simple tick boxes and drop down lists with the option of adding typed in notes for clafiication. Customer and Engineer signatues can be captured. |

Job Completion Confirmation - Start, completion and travelling times for the job can be entered. Job details can then be sent back to the office for processing. |
